CariFLAGS is the Caribbean regional LGBTQ+ movement
The Regional Coordinating Mechanism of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States was originally mandated by the Global Fund to fight AIDS Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM) and established by the OECS Ministers of Health in 2003 to facilitate the award of a Global Fund Grant to the six (6) independent Territories of the OECS.
Launched in 2018, the LIVITY project aims to meaningfully addressing marginalisation of persons living with disabilities, LGBTI Caribbean citizens, women, girls and youth in national and regional decision-making processes. LIVITY is a collaboration between the Institute for Gender and Development Studies: Nita Barrow Unit (IGDS: NBU) at The University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, the Barbados Council for the Disabled (BCD) and ECADE.
The Coalition of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Transsexual, Transvestite, Intersex (LGBTTTI) Organizations and Sex Workers of Latin America and the Caribbean, within the framework of the Organization of American States (OAS), promotes the use of various mechanisms within the Inter-American system for the protection of human rights.

this includes Kaleidoscope Trust, Established in 2011 under TCEN. KT is a UK-based charity focused on fighting for the human rights of LGBT+ people across the Commonwealth and beyond, to effect meaningful and lasting change. Equality and Justice Alliance
GIN-SSOGIE comprises individuals and organisations engaged with faith and spirituality. Using beliefs and traditions, it ensures that the views, values and rights of people of all sexes, sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions (SSOGIE) are recognised, respected, and valued. GIN-SSOGIE believes that all faiths are inherently inclusive of people of all sexes, sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions.
The North America /Caribbean chapter of the The International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex Association (ILGA NAC) is a federation of LGBTI organisations across the US, Canada and anglophone Caribbean under The International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex Association. ILGA is a worldwide federation of more than 1,700 organisations from over 160 countries and territories campaigning for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and intersex human rights.
InterPride’s mission is to achieve legal, social and cultural equity for SOGIESC (sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression &sex characteristics) communities through the Pride movement. InterPride welcomes any LGBTQIA+ organisation that produces Pride or Pride-like events for their greater community (people identifying as lesbian, gay men, bisexual, transgender, intersex, and/or other emerging sexual identities.
Global Back Pride is the first ever and only global Pride event that brings together Black LGBTQI communities across all continents to celebrate their culture, diversity and provide a space for activists and community based organisations across the globe to engage and reflect. Global Black was founded by Global Black Gay Men Connect, (GBGMC) in partnership with community based organizations across the globe.
