ECADE Movement Awards
Celebrating a Decade of Planting Seeds for Change.
As part of our 10th Anniversary, the Eastern Caribbean Alliance for Diversity and Equality (ECADE) is proud to launch the ECADE Movement Awards, a celebration of the people and organizations whose leadership, courage, and commitment have strengthened the LGBTQI movement across the Eastern Caribbean.
For the past decade, our movement has grown through collective action, resilience, and solidarity. These awards recognize the individuals and organizations who have planted the seeds of change that continue to transform our region.
We invite ECADE members and partners to nominate the leaders, organizations, and emerging changemakers whose work deserves to be celebrated.
NOMINATION & SELECTION PROCESS
Nomination
Anyone can submit a nomination.
Both self-nominations and peer nominations are welcome.
Each nomination must include:
- A completed nominee profile.
- A 150–300 word statement describing the nominee's impact.
- Supporting documentation, such as media coverage, testimonials, reports, or other evidence of impact.
Selection
Following the close of nominations, an independent selection committee will review all eligible submissions and select recipients in each award category. Award recipients will be honoured during the final day of ECADE's AGM in Grenada.
